I remember with verified fan in the near past, Ticketmaster said it was using an algorithm to filter out accounts they felt belonged to scalpers and they were basing it in part on how many tickets you were buying and selling.

I’m wondering if there is a similar filter running in the background of this lottery that might be filtering out fans who tour a lot and also buy and sell a lot of tickets for the purpose of upgrading to better seats.  While well intentioned, the filter might be having the unanticipated consequence of black listing real fans who f5 and upgrade repeatedly.  Which is not fair… especially if they don’t announce this activity might get you shutout.
So you're saying me upgrading my Wrigley seats and posting on F2F my old ones may have had a negative effect because I was seeking aisle seats vs. sitting directly in the middle of a row.  Just awesome.
Doubtful. I probably sold 6 pairs of tickets on F2F while trying to get better seats for N1 & N2 Seattle earlier this year, and I still got N1 & N2 for Nashville this time around. The terms of the 10C presale said that it didnt matter what date or time you entered the lottery. Its just random.

Will Atlanta F2F be one of the easier ones?

My account was recently flagged as a bot, and while I don't F5 a lot, I do buy a fair amount of events for personal use, and rarely post anything for sale. They stopped me from buying MCR tix in the queue, but I can buy them now. I had to send them an email with my info, including my IP address and answer a questionnaire: Nothing I do corresponds to these flags.

    • Have you read and understood the Ticketmaster/Live Nation Terms of Use?

So TM is trying to guard against scalping.
  • Anyone have a clue on how the artist presale actually works?  I put my name in - do they only choose certain email addresses and you'll be notified via email?  Or does everyone who entered have a chance with that email address to log on and try?
or you can come to terms and realize
you're the only one who can forgive yourself oh yeah...
makes much more sense to live in the present tense...

I'll still find tix on F2F later, but it stings a little getting shutout when I only selected Nashville N2. Still haven't received the "unfulfilled" email yet though. 🙂

I think they are.  But not for our benefit.  It’s so they can control the secondary market and force people to buy their premium tickets.

Just got another confirmation email so I thought it was one of the shows I didn't get from yesterday, but it was for the commemorative tickets, which I'm sure means they are wrapping this up.

Question for those submitting requests with multiple memberships:

did anyone win one of their selections if they used the same card for each membership request?

I used the same card for both memberships and struck out on all 14 requests.
Wife and I use the same CC under our accounts.  I went 3/3 and she went 0/3.
I wish I was a sacrifice, but somehow still lived on....

I’m almost positive everyone that signed up and entered will have access to the artist pre-sale. I think we will either receive an email with a link but by my screenshot below it says you should direct access to the presale directly through your TM account.

The irony of sending a confirmation email for the commemorative tickets they won’t send you after the show.

No doubt, they still haven't sent me my MSG commemorative tickets. They have escalated it multiple times and still nothing.

It’s why I didn’t even bother with them this round.

That's what happened to me with my Wrigley commemorative tickets. They ended up refunding me about 2 weeks ago after months of emails and escalating.

My wife and I both put in for Hollywood 1&2.

I got N1 only and she got neither.

It does seem like those using the same CC for multiple entries have only had 1 of the 2 get selected (at best).

I realize this was a very high demand show, not saying the using same CC is the reason we didn’t fare so well, just answering the question with my experience, and what we’ve observed so far with the results.
