F2F Available for 2025 Tour?

I know in years past you could resell for face value, does anyone know if F2F will be available for this upcoming tour?  Just wondering with the non-transferable language mentioned here:

Pearl Jam strives to protect access to fairly priced tickets by providing the majority of tickets to Ten Club members, making tickets non-transferable as permitted, and selling approximately 10% of tickets through PJ Premium to offset increased costs.

I was going to put in a for a 2 dates but not sure if my wife can make both dates, or possibly myself, if tickets need to be sold can they be listed for face value?
10.21.00 - Phoenix, AZ
04.18.03 - Nashville, TN
06.07.03 - Phoenix, AZ
06.10.03 - Little Rock, AR
10.28.09 - Philadelphia, PA
05.04.10 - St. Louis, MO
11.15.13 - Dallas, TX
11.16.13 - Oklahoma City, OK
10.14.14 - Memphis, TN

    A few lines down:

    - For fans unable to use their purchased tickets, Pearl Jam and Ticketmaster will offer a Fan-to-Fan Face Value Ticket Exchange for every city, starting at a later date. To sell tickets through this exchange, you must have a valid bank account or debit card in the United States. Tickets listed above face value on secondary marketplaces will be canceled.

Why don't people read what's there before they post?!!
This literally happens every single time there is a ticket sale.
Every question gets posted repeatedly while the answers are easy to find in the information supplied by 10 Club.

Once the sale is done there will be the same complaints, conspiracy theories, lies, and questions about how it was handled.

    Wash
    Rinse
    Repeat
    Over and over and over

Read the entire post and it should be extremely clear.

Non-transferable ≠ F2F face value resale.    All the former means is you can't just transfer your tickets to whomever you want.
