Are tickets transferable in Pennsylvania?

I am thinking about putting in a request for the Pittsburgh shows but was wondering if tickets can be transferred (through TM or Ten Club) if I am unable to go. 

I know this can be different from state to state but want to make sure I know before I commit. Thanks for any info!

    All of the shows will have fan to fan. But that usually doesn't open up until closer to the shows. So you wont get your money back right away

    You won’t be able to directly transfer to someone you know. But as mentioned above you will be able to list them on Fan to Fan when that opens.
