Artists You Want to Tour in 2025 (Your Wishlist)

SVRDhand13SVRDhand13 Posts: 26,307
Started thinking about bands I hope announce shows in 2025 including:

Thom Yorke solo shows (his setlists were crazy good)
Tame Impala (missed their last tour and would love to hear stuff from their last album plus new stuff)
Chappell Roan (best pop act right now IMO, I was taking my wife to see her this past September but she cancelled last minute ugh)

I'm fortunate to already have tix for Jack White, MJ Lenderman and Fontaines DC (and hopefully Pearl Jam soon!).

What's your 2025 wishlist!?!

That has always made a lot of sense to me. Not only is Ian an immensely talented musician, he also has a great vocal range

I would buy a ticket assuming it would be very bad then if even a little bit is good I'd be overjoyed

Ruston Kelly - I’ll do the whole tour when he announces

    NIN
    Metallica Load/ReLoad Tour
    Thom Yorke solo
    Dermot Kennedy
RATM would be my super-long shot pick…but hey, I never thought I’d see Oasis again either
Found: Soundgarden Hyde Park DVD (Thank you for the gift!)

Mudhoney. I had tickets to see them 2 years ago and my granddaughter thought the day of the show would be a great day to be born. No way my wife (or me) was going to the show. I would love for X to do a date near me next year.

Haha there's only one act I ever saw (and knew beforehan)d who was atrocious the first time I saw them but much better every other time....

    BECK!!!!

In 2008 he played for barely over an hour and clearly did not want to be there.  I was like 8th row and still thought it was a terrible show.  Seems like he took some time off and was reinvigorated for later tours.

    What's your 2025 wishlist!?!

Tickets to Chappell will be insanely difficult to get and expensive. A couple years ago, she played a tiny club about an hour from me. Dumb me wasn't in the loop. I will most likely never see her, since I don't think I'd want to deal with the insanity.

    My odd wishlist:
Willie Nelson and Dolly Parton Tour
The War on Drugs(they blew away The National, IMO)
    Spectral Wound
    Ultravox w/Midge
    Beach Bunny
    Future Islands
    Renee Rapp
    Muna
    AC/DC(closer to me)
    Turnpike Troubadours

1991- Hollywood Palladium, California with Temple of the Dog, Soundgarden, and Alice in Chains -RIP Magazine Show Oct. 6th
    1992- Lollapalooza, Irvine, California
    Nothing since then. I suck.
2016- Fenway Park, Boston - Both glorious nights
    2022- Oakland Night 2
    2024 Sacramento, CA
