Selling/Transfering 10c Member Tickets

If I put in a show and my wife can't join me, is it typically pretty easy to sell the 10c seat either the Ticketmaster exchange or transfering to people in the 10c forums?  I've never done that before.  Just curious what risks/issues there may be with getting 2 tickets to a show but needing to sell 1 or both at face value.
