I got Peg Leg Porker last night and while the dry rub was a bit much - the sauce was a great compliment to the ribs. Would recommend.Memphis sushi was quite unique and the pepper jelly was very good as well.0

There isn't one in the immediate downtown area, but it's over near 5 points in East Nashville, a few miles away. Puckett's is good to. there's one on 5th and Church. There are Puckett's stands in the arena, but not near as good as actual restaurant. I'd say Martin's and Edley's are the top 2 BBQ places in Nashville, even though there are lots with different styles. Nashville doesn't really have a BBQ style being in between Memphis with the tomato based sauces and East TN/Carolina's with mustard and vinegar, so there's lots of different options0

Did anyone with StubHub or SeatGeek tickets have any issues getting in for N2? I might have to go the reseller route for Pittsburgh, but I don't want to get stopped at the door. I've heard conflicting reports about these tickets working.0

Anyone wanna to trade an n1 poster for an n2?0

Night 2 was my first Pearl Jam concert - do they normally turn the lights on for the last couple of songs, or was that Bridgestone telling us we’d outstayed our welcome?0

Not sure if someone sent him fake bar codes or what. The ticket rep said they would not honor any tickets from StubHub.kjb1977 said:Night 2 was my first Pearl Jam concert - do they normally turn the lights on for the last couple of songs, or was that Bridgestone telling us we’d outstayed our welcome?0 -
It’s usually during the same part of Alive that the lights go on - and has been for the shows that I’ve been to in the last few years.0

BUT, sometimes they turn them back off for Setting Sun, which makes the moment (and song) extra special.

Just got back into Seattle yesterday. We drove out to Dollywood after Nashville, which was a lot of fun. We had a great time in Nashville. I definitely would like to come back sometime. Didn't get to try Peg Leg as it was closed on Sunday. Ended up going to Edley's instead, which was also incredible melt in your mouth brisket. I thought Martin's whole hog was better for pork though. Got to try Hattie B's and Prince's. Both were great. We also found a great spot for breakfast called Monell's and it was the best breakfast I had while I was out there. Monell's in in a house built in 1906 and they had like 6 giant dining room tables, and you are sat at them with strangers. Food is brought out family style and you pass the dishes around the table. Biscuits, gravy, sausage, bacon, ham, fried chicken, pan cakes, corn pudding, cheese grits, scrambled eggs, fried apples, sweet tea, coffee....all you can eat. $16 per person. Awesome. Puckett's was pretty good too. One of my favorite things I had in Nashville though was the Walking Tacos inside Bridgestone. Seattle arenas need to get on that, pronto. The Johnny Cash Museum was really cool, and we even caught a show at the Ryman Auditorium on Wednesday. What a cool venue. My favorite bar on Broadway was definitely Robert's Western World. I absolutely loved the classic style country and rock being played there. Love the upright bass. Other places we checked out off Broadway were Dino's Bar & Grill which was my style of dive bar. Plus they served awesome late night burgers. Old Glory was a cool cocktail bar. No signage, you have to go down an alley, through a gate and then down some stairs. Great cocktails in an old dry cleaner boiler room. The Hubba Hubba Tiki Tonk is a sister bar to Seattle's Screwdriver Bar, so we had to stop there as well. All worth checking out. Pancake Pantry was tasty, and so was the Nashville Jam Co out in Berry Hill. We also took a drive out near Franklin to go to the Leiper's Fork Distillery. We took the tour and I ended up going home with a bottle of Rye and a bottle of Tennessee Whiskey. They are fantastic. Check them out if you can find it. I also brought back a bottle of Uncle Nearest 1884. Typing this out, we did a lot, plus 2 early merch lines. I think I need a vacation from my vacation. Thank you, Nashville!2024 Seattle WA #1 | 2024 Seattle WA #2 | 2025 Nashville TN #1 | 2025 Nashville TN #20
