Help selling tic to Melbourne night 1

Hoping someone can help with our tic situation. We flew from California to see PJ in Melbourne and now my husband is sick with COVID. So far I’m fine but he’s definitely out and will be spending another exciting night sick at the hotel. We have TenClub GC tix. I’d like to sell his but while I have a transfer/sell option on Ticketmaster tickets they send me in a loop and don’t seem to allow a transfer. From searching it seems like I may need a local bank acct. Does this seem right? Other option might be going in together to use tix from my phone. Ideas are welcome. We are obviously gutted that this happened but hope to recoup some of the cost and not let a GC tix go to waste. Thanks for any helpful suggestions.
