Me personally I don’t care as I was not the person that posed the question in the 1st place..I just wanted to sit back and eat my popcorn 🍿:) as heck I have 2 of the Dr J posters myself. 🏀
This post is just really sad. You made multiple posts taking shots at one of the nicest people on here. And then you post that you have done the exact thing you were knocking him for doing.
Demetrios’ posts have helped many people with reminders for drops or where to find an item they’re looking for. He doesn’t have to share that info… he could just keep it to himself. I for one am grateful for his reminders and posts. 👍🏻
This.

I got REALLY lucky yesterday. (2) tubes were delivered, one had a huge crease in it. Dana Point and Dr. J. So glad it wasn't the Dr. J print. I would have had a meltdown.
Ten Club gave me a refund when I reported a poster lost a few years back. PO gave no fucks at all. Didn't even respond to my multiple inquiries. Never showed, but TC took care of me with the refund.
^ 10c was kind enough to refund my shipping, which I appreciate… not their fault. Seams lately usps pretty shitty
UPS is handling things for the bulk of the ride.
...they are pain in the ass to deal with when they owe you
Wholeheartedly agree. There's a lot going on in the mail delivery realm lately - I assume a mix of hurricane backups and mail-in-ballots. Personally, I'd rather they dealt with the mail-ins as best they can and then focus on the thousands of posters PJ is sending out
Here’s a synopsis of a very informative article on the USPS performance issues:
“The delays appear to largely stem from a new system the Postal Service began rolling out last fall that will eventually funnel all the nation’s letters and packages through a consolidated network of 60 regional distribution centers — similar to the airlines’ hub-and-spoke model.”

Post office lost my Barcelona AP over the summer still haven’t reimbursed me
now this… should frame out, but disappointing .
Sorry to see that but in a way u got lucky, looking at the tube damage- it could have been way worse. My philly night 1 arrived with a tiny crease in in the tube but damage to the poster was much more severe than yours.

Postmaster DeJoy is also a moron, so there’s that too.
Not to pile on...okay, I will pile on.... Ordered the Ames Boston poster from Ames on 10/03--a shipping order was placed on that day in Seattle. Today (11/01) it pinged on the USPS system---in Atlanta, Georgia.
Anyone wanna guess where the final destination for this poster tube is?
If you picked Sacramento, CA you're a winner.
Seattle to Sacramento-605 miles
Seattle to Atlanta + Atlanta to Sacramento - 4279 miles
I once ordered an item from North Carolina. I live in NJ. UPS sent it to Kentucky, then to France, and then to Germany and then finally to my house. And when the UPS guy showed up to deliver it he wanted me to pay $90 in added shipping charges. It was a major headache getting them to drop the additional charges so I could get my item.

I had a similar situation with Ames Bros..USPS lost a 1996 Pittsburgh from the March sale….for three months. I’m in Maryland. It went to ATLANTA and then just sat there, evidently. After several weeks of communication, and several mo ths of waiting, Ames Bros.sent me a replacement because they had given up on USPS finding it, and said they were done with them. Naturally, the original poster showed up on my doorstep the same day Ames Bros. sent the replacement. We were both happy they actually found it though.
So, at least it’s moving, but the mileage that it’s gone is astounding!
