    they shipped all 4 records i bought (dark matter, stones, rhcp, metallica) in thin plastic bags. but they quickly refunded all 4 and didn't ask for returns.

    @spnoone Same here. All four corners significantly bent. Did you just leave negative feedback to get refunded?
