That one riff

Hey everyone,

Has anyone noticed that there is that one little guitar riff eddie plays turing breaks between songs, he plays it alot I hear it all the time in the bootlegs and in a few of the DVDs. He plays it right before thumbing my way at LATG and just before leatherman (I think) during TB2K. Does anyone know how to play this or what the tablature is?

    I know a lot of times (especially before Betterman) he does a little fiddling with G, Cadd9, and the variations of D (D, Dsus4, Dadd9, etc) and just sorta picks up and down with the chords. Don't know if that helps. It's all very random, so it would be impossible to tab out.

    i know what you mean. it makes me think of the opening to Redemption Song by Bob Marley, which Ed has performed live before. i think he likes to play around with that riff.
