    Was discharged this past Saturday , after being in the hospital for  9 days. I have been easing into my new day to day for the foreseeable future. Went thru some difficult days/ nights ( sleeping in a hospital impossible) but have great friends/family by my side and a few from a far who I cherish their friendship. Received many texts/dms etc that I’ll respond to in due time…. Was having one of most fun weeks until it came to a crashing hault…. Just some terrible luck, apparently came in contact with Staph ( most likely hotel) and it got real bad real quick… I’m lucky to be here overall , long road ahead with healing from 3 surgeries and rehab for months after…. I’m up for it… have great motivators around me, hopefully be out there next year. 


    The band has given me strength and things to look forward to for a very long time, this time more than ever…thank you to them … especially this year. Every show something great , almost surreal happened… Vegas/LA/NY/Philly….. Boston I missed, big bummer and I’m still trying to justify going to Ohana but it’s too risky … Fuck it’s so great. But I’ll use this down time to reflect and get stronger… 


    I’m humbled and grateful for you all! 

    Few special special people in particular have made this tolerable and I’ll never forget their caring & concern.. very lucky guy!
