Fenway--Ballpark App question

Hi everyone,
I'm having trouble accessing Fan2Fan tix transferred via Ticketmaster on the Ballpark app. Do I have to use the Ballpark app, or will I just be able to use the Ticketmaster app to get in? Does anyone know? Have only done arena shows, so this is a new experience for me.

    You’ll need the Ballpark app. Either create a new ballpark account using the same email address used with your TM account or add your TM email address to your existing MLB account.

    You will not be able to transfer the tickets in the Ballpark app
