Curious what the technical issues were that Eddie mentioned after the delayed encore break then he went right into the GH song scratching Growin Up

Me too.  Bruce stuck in the merch line?
  • My friend sent me a video from the show.

Eddie literally sang "Is something wrong she said?" and then realized that there was in fact something wrong in the crowd and stopped playing. How meta.

I loved Setting Sun as the closer in both Vancouver shows. Odd that it’s been off the last few shows
Me too!! What a great surprise - both nights!
That was the greatest at the first show watching all the people who started sneaking out early during YL rush back to see Setting Sun 😆

Scratch Falling Slowly, add Growin' Up back in with River Cross? A little shuffling?

    Perfect show.

    Still great here, tho!

I might have been one of the people you saw but, for the record, I was not leaving. I was moving to the back. I never leave before the show ends, but I will position myself for a quick exit when the last chord sounds if I have a reason (e.g., I have a long drive after the show-- I have driven from Oakland, Fresno, Phoenix and Vegas to L.A. after shows). I was scarred by the three-hours-in-the-rain nightmare getting off Randall's Island on Night 1 in 1996 and vowed never to have something like that happen again.

I gather speed from you fucking with me.
  • I wish they'd play Strangest Tribe live.
  • Ha, I just looked up Strangest Tribe live just to see if there was any crowd reaction to them busting it out.

I went from two rows behind GA on Night 1, and one row behind GA on Night 2, to the back of the floor. On Night 1, I saw the set list by the sound board as I was heading back and realized that "Setting Sun" was going to be played and went back to my seat. I was only gone maybe 30 seconds. On Night 2, if I remember correctly, a kid in the pit had been given a set list and he was holding it where I could see it since he was on his dad's shoulders in the back of the pit and I was in the first row behind GA. I saw that "Smile" and "Setting Sun" were still to come. I started to move to the back of the floor during "Setting Sun"-- walking backwards so I could see the whole way.
I gather speed from you fucking with me.

Honestly, Setting Sun may be in my top-10 or 15 PJ songs ever and I know that's a pretty bold statement.

They seem to have dropped Setting Sun as a closer altogether, which I'm a bit sad about actually. I loved that as a closer!
Super jealous about Tremor Christ - white whale for me!

Solid show.  A lot of changes too.  Saw a setlist that actually had Nothingman taped over where Black was played, but then they must have changed it back to Black.  Got a couple pics from storm McCready.  Always so fun to watch.

Was this the fewest DM songs of the tour?  Was hoping for a Won’t Tell or Got to Give (what’s up with that song that they only played it once?) Think it was only my second Can’t Keep and Tremor Christ.  Always prefer Baba over RITFW in that spot.  Still no Indifference for me…. Hmm can I make it to Boston?

Deep!!! Awesome set! I never doubted Baltimore. I saw the tour schedule and knew that would be a good one. Go check out the George Peabody Library!

This is looking like going to be the show of the tour. I had a blast for both Philly shows but I’m starting to have serious fomo for this one. Had tickets originally in 2020 just couldn’t swing 3 shows in one week ugh
Don't have FOMO with this one.

While this was a good show, I  prefer Philly-1

Crowd sucks but the band is amazing. I’m going 200% for the effort they’re giving. Section 122-123 sucks
OK, I thought it was just me(concerning the crowd).  Though, I'll be a little nicer and won't say sucks=LOL

Maybe it was just the  Sections we were in?(I was 103-102).

    Band was really good!

Crowd was fantastic from my vantage point. Many people around me in 106 singing along. Packed smaller venue which further amplified that. Lots of fan movement, energy visible in floor of arena from above, and in the surrounding rows. And Eddie commented on the positive energy many times throughout.

I was on the floor and the crowd was fantastic. Also had a good view of the rest of the arena and it all looked full of energy and enthusiasm from my spot.  Not Philly 1 energy but still really good.

    Ah that makes sense

I remember hearing that now on the live feed and didn’t put two and two together for some reason.

That is a great scratch imo with River Cross. What an odd spot for it.
I just said that to my wife. Would have been a weird transition to Lukin for sure! I like River Cross just fine but they really never play it. Yet that organ is out there every show!
    I hope Fenway gets it!!

Was really bummed they scratched Setting Sun for something we’ve all heard 1000 times, but otherwise it was a pretty awesome show.
