Purpose - To create one place to view Ohana 2024 song requests, instead of having multiple request threads that get lost in the shuffle.
How it works - Post Ohaha 2024 song requests here.  As we approach the show date, I will aggregate them to a list, sorted by number of votes.
Special requests - For songs that have special requests like shout outs, or stories associated with them, you can post here, or in a separate thread and I will link to it.
Cover song ideas - These will be aggregated separately.

My 4 year old daughter Cassie is obsessed with Scared of Fear and she'll attend the Sunday show. And I have never hear the whole band play one of my top 3 ever, so:

    Scared of Fear
    Parting Ways

Also, never played at Ohana before:

    Lightning Bolt

Education, Push Me, Pull Me, or Gonna See My Friend would all be firsts for me.

I’ll also be happy with anything from Dark Matter, or Whipping.

As far as realistic covers, Fu@kin’ Up would be a nice touch given Neil’s cancellation.

  • I was diagnosed with stage three bilateral breast cancer in 2023 at the age of 44. Listening to music has always been what I reach for to get me through the toughest of times.  After chemo and surgery I had radiation to face. I am willing to do anything to be here with my amazing son, loving husband of 23 years, and my Mom who has been beyond supportive. During my 25 rounds of radiation whenever a tech would ask me what will you do to celebrate finishing treatment. I would say, “go to as many Pearl Jam concerts as I can”! On my last day of radiation, they played Pearl Jam over the hospital sound system to celebrate. If I wasn’t already crying I was even more in that moment.

I had high hopes of going to the Las Vegas shows. We purchased tickets, flights, everything, but I was too sick to go. My husband and I are finally going to make my celebration come to fruition by attending Ohana fest on Sunday evening. This will be our third time at Ohana Fest. There is something very special about seeing PJ with the waves crashing behind you. Perhaps they’ll play Release, I Am Mine, Oceans, or RVM! I wish we could be on the rail singing our lungs out but I don’t have enough stamina yet.  See you soon E.V. & Team, you’ll hear me singing from the bleachers!

Thanks for sharing, Amanda. Hope the trip goes well and glad you are able to see them this year.

    Original Song - Oceans

If they do a Cover - Love Reign

Wouldn't mind an ocean themed segment though, Oceans, Big Wave, Gremmie.

Though ultimately whatever they play, just excited to see them again.

A song dedication request, for Unthought Known on Sun, from this thread:  https://community.pearljam.com/discussion/304951/ohana-fest-song-dedication-request

Dedicated to Brian and Michelle, who are celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary at Ohana.  This will be their 51st Pearl Jam concert together.

They also would love to see Won't Tell and Upper Hand.

Honestly I will be happy with whatever they play but hope they don't do the usual 2 show thing of all hits one night and all deep cuts the other night.

Give us a mix of both hits and deep cuts across the two nights
