Ohana festival shuttle scam

Been a loyal fan since evenflow, but calling it quits. Started with platinum ticket pricing during dark matter tour - sucked it up and paid for nosebleeds. Even after see $1000 platinum front row seats sell for $188 while standing in line for show, i bought Ohana fest tickets. They’re being delivered tomorrow, but required $25 shuttle passes to get to the show are “sold out”. But hey, you can spend $65 and get 3-day shuttle passes. Been to every Ohana fest since conception and it’s ridiculous for them to pretend a shuttle is sold out - total money-grab scam. I’ll send my $200 apiece bracelet tickets back to Eddie, free of charge. Done being taken for granted and advantage of by this band.

k...thanks for letting us know. Perhaps you were unaware that a shuttle pass isn't required?

  • Oh yeah, that’s right…I’ve heard that ubering in and out of events this size is the way to go?

I’ve been to Ohana the last three years and have never used the shuttle. There is a free trolley system in the area, some street parking within walking distance, you can walk, ride a bike (there is a place to store bikes at the park) and yes, I’ve even Ubered back to the Airbnb. There is a ride share pick up that looked like a bit of a cluster after the headliners so we walked a couple blocks to a bar/restaurant, had a beer and a snack and hopped in our Uber within 30 minutes.
