Tickets for shows in the ticketmaster app

Hey pals, has anyone else had an issue adding a ticket from the ticketmaster app to their apple wallet? I have a ticket for Monday's show in Philly and I'm getting an error when I try to add it to my wallet, and the ticketmaster app tells me if it isn't in my wallet I can't use it. I've never had this happen before so I'm losing my mind a little, lol. Any help is appreciated.

    The barcode will show up in the app a day or 2 before the show if you still have issues getting it to your wallet.  Is the account yours and one that you've put tickets in your wallet from before?  I know for Apple Wallet that can be an issue as it only allows tickets from one account on to the phone.

    Yeah so these are tickets I bought directly from the presale, so no transfers or reasale or anything. I tried calling ticketmaster, you'll be shocked to learn they were totally unhelpful, lol. I am on the phone with Apple now and apparently there is a "known issues under investigation" with adding ticketmaster tickets to the wallet. Which is a nightmare, lol. Right now in the ticketmaster app the ticket says "add to wallet to enter the event" which makes me worry that it won't be scannable if it isn't in my wallet. I hope no one else has to deal with this!

    The barcode will show up right before the show and you will be able to scan it from the app without putting it on your wallet.
