How do I get my TM tickets into the MLB account?

The link  sent via email with directions to move tix from TM to MLB is not working.  Before I chase down customer service at the Red Sox (as suggested in the email) just wondering if anyone can give me quick insight?  Thanks!

Did you ever figure out how to get your tickets??? I cant find mine anywhere.... on mlb or ticketmaster. TOTAL shit show

i had different email for TM and MLB...I added the same email as TM to mlb....and they transferred right away
