Within walking distance from the stadium area is Federal Hill - it's a fun place to walk around and there are some good bars/restaurants. (I'm always partial to the Abbey Burger here)
Not sure how long you have - but I'd recommend finding your way into Fell's Point. It's a longer walk from the stadium/arena area but a short drive. There's a bar in Fell's called Max's Taphouse that has plenty of beers on draft. There's also a terrific record store called Soundgarden, and I know Mike McCready went there the day before the 2013 show.
Three places I always recommend to anyone that asks:
I'm driving down and back home and I'd like to be able to get back on the road ASAP after the show. Any suggestions where to park to accomplish that? Is it possible?

I don't know if you're coming from North or South but I'd consider parking in a light rail parking lot. I bet the venue lots will be chaotic. The light rail has a drop right outside the venue. Some people park along its route and then head back. My favorite parking lot on the light rail route is Mt. Washington. Mt. Washington is north of the city and has easy access to 83 and close access to 695.

Directly near Camden Yards is a great spot called Pratt Street Ale House:

The venue will be on the "Baltimore Arena" stop.
