    Several have said it - whoever you choose can pay you first to ensure you are not getting scammed.  You can then transfer.  Also thanks for sharing your intentions to sell whether listing or choosing.

    There are scams where the buyer pays first. Someone mentioned a zelle payment being reversed in Chicago last year after the tickets were transfered. That said, I think everyone here is trustworthy.
