This has probably been posted before but what is Stone using for You Are? A controllabe echo kinda thing?

    a tech21 sansamp direct box into a drum machine.

    Is that what he uses on the Showbox cd? How does it work?

    as i understand it, the drum machine is programmed for the desired rhythm. it then can take an input (in this case, the guitar through the sansamp simulator) and stutter it based on that rhythm.

    so stone just switches his signal from his normal amps to the sansamp-drum machine for those particular sections of the song.
