Severed Hand question for Drummers

At the 3:38 mark, what is Matt playing there? Sometimes it sounds obvious, sometimes it sounds different that what I was thinking. What's your guys input? :confused:

    Are you a drummer, and if so are you joking? If you're not a drummer, well to me it sounds like a drum roll, mainly snare strokes, with a few toms.
