TM error code lock out

All day long I’m trying to buy tickets and keep getting the error message-
“Sorry we couldn’t process your request, please try again later. Error code 0002.”

WTF?!?
Any thoughts?

    I got that a few times earlier today only for MSG. But then it went away after an hour or so. 

    Edit - just saw it was back but only for MSG still.

    So for some reason the error code is only when I try PJ Premium tickets…

    I just tried calling TM. They were not a big help. Right now it is only for MSG that this is happening. So, I am not sure why. Hopefully, it will resolve.

    Thanks for letting us know! I was going to call tomorrow during east coast business hours so it’s great to hear this tonight. I’ll call them tomorrow to see what I can find out, if anything else.

    I have the same problem.  Im assuming we are blocked because we are apparently bots.

    But why only for MSG. That is the only show I get that message on. I am fine with the other shows. And when I called TM they said there was no issue with my account. It is also letting me cart tickets to other artist’s shows for MSG. So it is strange.

    Yes I've check other shows and they are ok for me as well.  Very strange.  Maybe its a sign to wait it out for cheaper/better tickets.

    Maybe something on there end thats causing it.  Since Monday hardly any of those tickets for MSG 1 have sold.

    I just asked another friend here to try to cart an MSG and he got the same message. So it is not us. I think there is an issue with MSG. Can some other people on here try to cart one and see what happens?

    It’s only for PJ premium tickets. Just tried carting one of the absurdly priced F2F tickets remaining and was able to. So it appears F2F is still working for MSG.

    So it looks like we can cart F2F tickets but not premiums on MSG. I just hope the issue is resolved if those premiums drop to standard.

    Sounds like ticketmaster has created a very bot friendly website.  Those standard tickets for MSG 1 Sec 211 Row 18 are all on stubhub.  Looks like the bots had no issues.

    Of course they did. They are crooks!
    Thanks for all the info/investigation on this. I'm on hold with them now and will report back with what I glean.

    Still hoping for MSG2....

    Am now able to cart PJ Premium so I guess they have sorted it out. Must have needed to get the bots up to speed first…

    Before I found my Missoula GA, I was running into this same issue consistently (and not just for premium).
    1996: Randall's Island 9/28, 9/29
    2000: Saratoga Springs 8/27
    2013: Brooklyn 10/19
    2016: Tampa 4/11, Jacksonville 4/13
    2024: Missoula 8/22

    Those are some good seats. I'd hope to get my hands on a pair and ditch the pair that I do have.
