Anything good going on? I was looking at maybe hitting the zoo, possibly hitting the Fever game that night but tix are like $250 each on TM.

Might just do the standard Field Museum or Shedd's visit.

We are looking too. Staying at the DoubleTree Hilton at Magnificent Mile.

We did the Cubs game last year and didnt want to do that again.
Maybe spend the day at the pool, then hit up the Bean, then Navy Pier. The bands on the river were awesome last year. Also now a ballys casino there.

Cubs might be difficult as their building is occupied...

White sox are in town.  Architecture boat tour is well worth it.

Bally's might be cool. I forgot to mention the White Sox but they suck this year...not sure that really matters though. Nice ballpark but we went a few years ago really wanting a chicago dog and the one we got at the park really sucked.

My experience is that you might want to book a tour now...they do sell out during preferred times

Also recommend the architecture boat tour.
No ticketmaster fees if you buy in person, but obviously risk availability. Can always buy for a future date/time if you're staying nearby

Yeah I've been in that one...I noticed their reviews aren't quite as good but the Sway store is relatively new.

I'm thinking about hitting the White Sox games since it will be super cheap.  The Fever/Sky game would be fun but tickets are super expensive right now.

Yeah you can get some nice seats for cheap.  Check out stubhub or any other resale sites and I'm sure you can get 100 level seats for below face.

You can get a city pass and go to five places for a discount price.

If you love food, go get a deep dish pizza or Italian beef/sausage combo sandwich all over the city.
