Issues with Missoula tickets

I received an email from Griz tickets saying that my tickets were ready. When I click on the link it says I don’t have any upcoming events. Anyone else having that problem?

    If you scroll down to the very bottom of the email there is a direct link that should take you right to the tix, including the option to add to your wallet.

    However, the option to transfer is not available.

    Isn't that normal for PJ shows?

    It was in the email as an option. Tickets finally showing in My Upcoming Events. Now I see that Transfer isn’t an option. 

    “Sorry, you don't have any tickets that are eligible to be transferred.”
