Mesa/Boogie Cabinet 1x12?

I am getting rid of my Fender "Evil" Twin, as does not suit my life or playing style. I have decided on a Z.Vex Nano Head and 1x12 cabinet with Celestion Greenback 25 watt speaker. However I am trying to decide on the best cabinet (Quality + Easy on the pocket book = Best Cabinet).
Right now a MB looks pretty good. I want a cabinet that will not totally color the sound of the greenback and that will be versatile. I play anything from metal to folky blues stuff.
Of the MB 1x12s, which one do you think would help me achieve what I am looking for? The wide open back, the recto closed, the thiele ported cab, the 3/4 back, etc.

And if hope could grow from dirt like me, it can be done

Wide-open back will be bright and clear, but not a lot of body.
Recto closed will be beefy, maybe a tad muddy.
Thiele ported will be the deepest sound, good for thick power chords a la nu metal, or for 7-string.
The 3/4 back will be in between the wide-open and the Recto, more body than the wide-open but more presence than the Recto.
The best suggestion I can make is avoid the Thiele (unless you want that thick sound) and get a cabinet with a convertable back, where you can have it sealed, partially open, or fully open. I know that Avatar makes cabs like that, but I don't think they have a 1x12" like that. Check them out nonetheless, they do great work:

avatar is a hell of a deal for the change.
The Nano should sound awesome with that speaker, the demos Zach did were through an old Orange cab with those speakers.
(1) I was looking at those electrocabs but was hesitant on pursuing them due to the fact that I have never heard one. Do you have any real experience with them? They look like a great deal.

Is $350 a good deal for this cabinet? What do they list for?
(3) The Avatar 1x12 cabinet seems like a great deal. For $249 you can get it already loaded with a celestion greenback. Better value than getting a Bogner?
hard to say, bogners are great cabs. I know avatar makes great stuff and enharmonic just listed another cab manufacturer in another thread. It mainly depends on what you want and what construction you want. I haven't tried the electrosonic stuff but just on looks and construction they are solid too there is obvious attention to detail.
Honestly, if you're looking for a multiply birch cab or what have you and you like greenbacks, I'd go with avatar and save 100 bucks, now do you want open or closed or both or what?
