MLB tickets transfer to Ticketmaster

Looking for some help from experts. I'm trying to upgrade my N2 Chicago seats. How do I get my tickets from the MLB app to the Ticketmaster app so I can list them. Before you ask no they aren't great seats 😂. Section 222.
