The "Play us a favorite cut from an all instrumental, guitar-centered, no compilation LP" challenge.

Anything, as long as it's from an instrumental only, guitar centered album (no vocals on the album!) from any genre.  For example:
Love, classics?  Got Segovia?  Great!
Love jazz?  Got Joe Pass?  Cool!
Love blues?  Got a favorite, all instrumental blues album, no compilations, not even Hendrix (sorry, gotta make something tough here, lol)?  Got... (shoot, I dunno, I ain't got)?  Sweet!
Love pop?  Got Santo & Johnny?  Nice!
Love rock?  Got Earthless?  Awesome!

Remember: favorite cut off an instrumental only, guitar centered album, no vocals on the album!

Here's one of my all-time favorite guitar focused tracks, one of Harvey's most blistering tracks from his oh-so-cool, all instrumental LP, Baby Batter.  And what a fine tribute to one of the coolest, hippest DJs ever, Dusty Street!
(Ms Street passed away last October, R.I.P.)

I hope this counts.  This is one of my favorite tracks ever.

    Bloomfield, Kooper, Stills.  Super Session.

Well, no because that great album has vocals on a number of songs but, YES! because "Stop" is just such a darned good number!  Had they wanted to, Michael Bloomfield and Al Cooper could have made a killer all-instrumental album!

I remember seeing this a while back.  I love how the drummer yells, and also between numbers the bass player saying, "Hi I'm Lakshmi Singh"  (haha, for those who don't know, Singh is a woman who is a newscaster on NPR radio), and the music is great, of course.  Is there an all-instrumental album with these numbers on it to meet the challenge?   Great pick, in any case.

Here's a very cool jazz-classical fusion number from Larry Coryell call "Rodrigo Reflections" from his all-instrumental album, European Reflections

Nice!  Reminds me of Pat Metheny.  Great trio and I love how the guitarist and bassist play off each other.  Excellent!  Is this off an all-instrumental album?

Thanks! Both are new to me.  I actually found the Pelican number more intriguing.
    Thanks for playing!

I would be remiss not to mention Earthless Meets Heavy Blanket's In a Dutch Haze.  Double LP, all four sides are one continuous piece, all instrumental, no vocals.  A treat for the patient headbanger.
