Hey everyone,

I'm looking for a single Fan Exchange ticket for one of the September Dark Matter tour shows. I live in State College PA and am within a relatively easy drive of Philly and Baltimore. Sadly, I wasn't around this area for the epic State College show in 2003, though I've encouraged local organizers to bring the band back for a 20+ year retrospective at Beaver Stadium...

I tried the lottery for this year's tour but was unsuccessful, and have tried to get the occasional Fan Exchange ticket I've seen pop up on Ticketmaster to no avail. I had been excited by that one "phantom ticket" pair that was sitting there a few weeks ago for the Monday Philly show but letting no one buy it... thought I had finally lucked out but no.

I've really resonated with the new album, for a variety of reasons including that I'm turning 40 (so "Setting Sun" hits hard!) and also because my son and I really connected over the album when we listened to it on a roadtrip soon after it was released. I haven't been to a tour in a while, and I want to do what I can given the connection to this album, and as a sort of milestone, to make this tour. I've seen some great Pearl Jam moments over the years, including at 2003 for the Riot Act tour in Virginia and then at Bonnaroo 2008 when they started with "All Night". Missed out on the Moline show when I lived in Iowa, a major mistake given how much I love No Code (that was the "No Code show"). I want to make sure not to miss out again, given the strength of this album as well as not knowing how many more tours we will get.

So, any leads would be much appreciated! Thanks!

  • Bump.

I heard "Of the Earth" live on PJ Sirius XM. Will it ever see a Lost Dog type release?
  • Update, I was able to get a Face Value Exchange ticket for the Baltimore show. Thanks to the fan who helped make it happen, this will be an awesome way to celebrate 40 by seeing this band for the first time in 16 years (!)
