Why is anyone talking about Manchin? He turned his back on the party and you expect him to come back and magically get the nomination? Plus the dude is in his late 70’s. That would be one of the dumbest moves ever by the Democrats. Then again, that alone makes it probable. The party is a damn mess.

I'd love to see Greasy Gavin run! He has ruined our once beautiful state of California.
Newsom has spent over $17 BILLION on the homeless problem over the last 4 years and the disaster has only grown worse.
He chases businesses and precious jobs out of California with high taxes and restrictive regulations and laws.
Elon Musk recently announced that he is moving both SpaceX and X out of California to Texas, costing us many, many high paying jobs, not to mention the tax revenue. 
Gavin is afraid of Trump, anyway, and will likely wait until 2028 to run.
Of course, then he'll have to contend with JD Vance! Good luck with that, Greasy!

Yesterday afternoon there were a bunch of rumors going around that Manchin was going to change back to a Democrat and seek the nomination at the convention.

He squashed all of those rumors on Morning Joe.

Kamala Harris (as detailed in the other thread) had a great prosecutorial record. Which is how she ended up becoming a Senator of the largest state. During her 2020 campaign (admittedly not great) she was roundly criticized from left-ward parts of the Democratic Party about prosecuting too harshly and was called a "Cop" in a derisive manner. How the MAGA's turned her into some sort of radical leftist figure is the most absurd thing. Of course it's not surprising, being based entirely on sex and race.

I would think he would want to debate Kamala or Pete. He would be too afraid of looking weak by running from a debate with a woman or a gay man. His team, may talk him out of debating one of those two for fear of his racism, sexism or homophobic coming to the forefront. He would probably opt out of a debate with the other leading candidates.
