Barcelona 10C ticket help

I was lucky enough to get ten club tickets to both Barcelona shows.   Got my emails on February 22 confirming my tickets and providing me seat locations.  Those emails said I’ll receive a subsequent email in early March with instructions to claim my tickets but I’ve just realized that those emails never came and I haven’t claimed my tickets yet.  

Hoping that someone else with Barcelona tickets can confirm how they claimed their tickets.  Maybe someone else had the same issue as me ?

Any help would be appreciated.

    TC Tickets will appear 3 days before the show on qrcode in the ticketmaster site or app.
