Question about 10C tickets

I have a question for anyone who won tickets this year through 10C. I've got all my tickets safe in my Ticketmaster account, but none of them show up under "My Tickets" on Pearl Jam's website when I'm logged in. I was able to get into Vegas just fine so I'm not super concerned, just found it odd. Is that something that no longer gets updated? Haven't won anything with it since 2016 and it still shows everything before that year that I've won. Not a big deal, but just wondering if anyone has the same issue.

    My tickets is no longer used.
