Buying on SeatGeek?

SeatGeek seems to have a lot of tickets available that are not the Fan to Fan exchange - how are they able to do this? Has anyone bought on SeatGeek this tour and been able to enter without issue? I would love to stay within the peer to peer exchange but the LA2 show is just dried up for good seats on TM.
