Sacramento Show - Interstate 80 Traffic

Beware - There is a lot of highway construction happening in downtown Sacramento that, at times, backs up Interstate 80 traffic as far as Vacaville. Give yourself plenty of time, periodically check Google Maps Traffic, and have a plan to kills some time in a cool place (Wishlist Party, Shopping, etc) once in 90 degree Sacramento. If you are coming from the South Bay I'd advise taking Interstate 5 into Sacramento as your chances of delays should be less. There is always a chance that traffic will be ok but just throwing it out there.

    Thanks. I'm planning on leaving the East Bay around 3, but don't care if I'm in the arena until 8 at the earliest. Park, dinner, walk around a bit, head in.

    You should be ok. Its the ones that leave at 430pm hoping its a 80 minute drive in.
