How can I access 10c tickets without Ticketmaster app? (I'm from outside the U.S. or Canada)

I'm Japanese and won 10c tickets for 2 Seattle shows, so I will fly to Seattle for them. But I can't download Ticketmaster app because I'm not from the U.S. or Canada.
Though TM help page says "If you're unable to access our mobile app, you can still use the browser on your mobile device to view your Mobile Entry tickets", I can't see any button nor way to access my tickets in my order pages. 
If anyone attended Vancouver shows from abroad with same situation in this Forum, how did you solve? Please, give me some advice. I'm getting worried.

I don't use the TM because it will never let me login. I was able to just go into my ticket in the browser, and click on the actual ticket details section, and a button for putting the ticket in my google wallet appeared. I use an android.

Thank you, PJ_Soul!  When were you able to get to the details section? As soon as your ticket's ready?
I don't see any sign to click in my bowser. I'm wondering it's a matter of time cause my shows are a month later. If you remember when, I would be grateful if you let me know.

I asked Ticketmaster support and it solved. Only with mobile browser, it leads to access tickets. I understand.
