Will the Manchester Co op Live be ready?

We’ve bought four tickets to see the lads at Manchester and booked an AirBnB across the road too, but given what’s been going on with all the concerts being cancelled I’m concerned ours will be as well because apparently they’re 35 weeks behind schedule. We’ve spent a lot of money so far and it’s been ten years since I last saw PJ in person and am not sure our travel insurance will cover us if it’s cancelled.
PJ team it might be helpful if you could relocate to another venue sooner rather than later
