Ten Club ticket: When should I see the bar code or ability to add to my wallet?
I have a ticket for the 13th. When I view it in the Ticketmaster App, there's no bar code or ability to add to my wallet. Usually they show a countdown indicating when those would show up, but I'm not seeing that now. Unfortunately I had a back and forth with the robot-like CSRs at Ticketmaster, who kept repeating that I should click on links that don't exist.
I seem to remember that the ticket will become "live" two days before the show, but TM doesn't indicate anything about it.
Thanks.
Jim

It's good to know that TM is making good use of the $$$$$ they're charging for some of the tickets. I know customer service sucks most everywhere, but if they're going to read from a script and follow mechanical procedures, you'd think that something as fundamental as this would be in their AI.
Anyway, this is all misplaced excitement on my part. I can't wait to hear about tonight!
