anybody recognise this pedal?

and knows something about it? Looks like fun. It's supposed to be from the 60s. I know shit about pedals, hence the question.

    It looks like a wah or a voulme... Maybe a fuzz wah of some sort because the knobs. I'm just guessing, I actually have no idea.

    Hells yeah I do.

    My band used to collectively own one.

    It's a wah, volume, siren and surf effect pedal.

    You have to select each effect, but it does basically what it says.

    The siren effect is a switch on. It goes up and down in pitch. The surf effect sounds like waves and is also a switch effect.
