Ticketmaster Posting Error for F2F

I keep getting an email from TM when trying to post a pair for Vegas 2.  I bought as resale and trying to list.  I have bought and sold successfully as I have upgraded for this show so it is only for a particular order.  I contacted TM and unsurprisingly they have not helped.  They said to try different browsers and then said that the tickets may be listed on another platform (which I have not).  Has anyone gotten this error email message?  And if so, then how were you able to resolve?
