Information Needed - Fan To Fan

I apologize if this is already a thread - if so, can someone just point me in the right direction?

I am looking for details on Fan to Fan and how it works - Looking for one of the following shows...

- Fenway Park (Sunday)
- Philadelphia
- MSG

    It is just on Ticketmaster. It is the seats with the pink dots instead of the blue ones. But For MSG and Philly you will likely have to be refreshing for hours a day for months at a time to try to snag one. Those are tough shows. Not sure about Fenway.
