nc_jammer1nc_jammer1 Posts: 542
TICKETMASTER WILL EXCHANGE YOUR TICKETS TO BETTER SEATS,  I HAD SEATS PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM TICKETMASTER FOR VAN N2 IN SEC 115 ($208) , JUST EXCHANGED THEM TO SEATS IN SEC 119 ($208 EA).  $10 FEE PER TICKET.
TOOK 5 MIN.  DO IT IF YOU CAN !!!
THEY RELEASED A BLOCK SIDE STAGE FOR BOTH VAN NIGHTS,  ANYONE IN THE UPPERS CAN DO THIS.
GO TO YOUR ACCOUNT , CHOOSE THE "CHAT" ICON,  PROCEED FROM THERE.

GOOD LUCK !

New tickets must be same price or higher.

TM held all those back from the onsale just to f*ck as many people over into buying Premium, and now have been releasing hundreds of lower bowl in the last two weeks. They are absolutely greed driven pricks
And after making everybody register for the sale, to boot. I know people that didnt get a code to join the sale, TM said that there were more people than tickets available. Well i guess so, when you hold back 40 % of the lower bowl. A-holes😡😡

Just an FYI, I was told if you bought trough Ten Club/TicketsToday, apparently you to email customerservice@ticketstoday.com. Not sure if the same process applies, that's just the information I was provided.

Show after show out west, plenty of reasonably priced ticket options!

Year after year, a band that refuses to play the most shows where they are most popular. They’d rather do buy one get one free in their Euro Desaster tour, also in Oceania, and some areas out west, and piss off fans with $1000 east USA tix.

of course, that’s all TMs fault. Gotta be.

Go to your ticketmaster account , view tickets, click the "chat" icon , and follow the prompts , it asks "refund or exchange" ,  there could be options even for premium tickets,  I'm not sure but worth a try,

I also tried to exchange my N2 Vancouver tickets. TM said had to go thru TicketsTodsy, called TT and emailed customer support, told me it was a TicketMaster process to exchange, the fun never ends with TM. I had zero success.

Can't see why not? Well, getting an international flight on seven days' notice is not necessarily affordable for many fans.
I gather speed from you fucking with me.

Maybe this band of Western folk just doesn't like Eastern folk.

Tickets should be easy like southwest flights.... you select the tickets you want and cart them, check a box that says.. Im upgrading my current seats.. the app allows you to select the seats you own like you are selling them, you checkout and pay 10 bucks.. No Human to Fuck it up..

I guess this doesn't apply to 10C tickets? I would definitely pay a little more to upgrade my tickets in Europe...
