    Interesting question.  I'm on Pacific time.  Every time a single is released to PJ Radio, they say midnight eastern time and I hear it for the first time at 9PM.  If it is midnight like the singles, it would be 9PM Thursday for me.  I actually think that was the case with Gigaton.  I remember a Philly radio station played it in full and I heard it at 9PM.
