Embrace it all because we are lucky enough to have a band that we all love producing music, trying old things and new things and going on tours...

I received the news letter today and even though we know it all - it still got me pumped !

Just looking forward to all of the anticipation and fun coming throughout the year which is all very much needed!
If I were Eddie Vedder, would you like me any better? - Local H

It is.  I'm pretty stoked.  New PJ album in a week and a couple of days.   PJ Concerts in just over 3 weeks.   Not a lot of time to spin the shit out of new album, but I'll do my best... woooo!! :)

After Vitalogy came out and there was talk of the band breaking up because Eddie couldn't handle the fame I thought well, At least I've got 3 wonderful albums to fall back on. I thought a lot of good bands don't make 3 good albums before they break up. Now look at us.

Back in high school I remember one day me and some friends were hanging out after school with our music teacher, and we were talking about new bands and "grunge".  I asked him what bands did he think would be around awhile, and without hesitation, he said Pearl Jam.  I couldn't have comprehended back then that 33 years later I'd be sitting here excited about a new album of theirs coming out in a week and seeing them live again in a month.

And in another thread labeled wreckage I was this enthusiastic and I was told to “chill” this is exciting. Life is hard, enjoy what you can! It’s okay to have fun with this! ⭐️

Enjoy this to the fullest!  When I was a kid, in 1996, recording on cassette tape the Berlin show from that year that my local radio station was broadcasting, I imagined that PJ would be around for years to come and I wondered what they would come up with several albums down the road.

Hard to believe we are still on the new album release ride when many of their contemporaries are no longer active.

Never let anyone tell you that what you love is wrong.

    Cheers!

I have that same memory, just with the 4/94 Atlanta show.

Another good review for the album, but bad for Something Special.

Dark Matter: A compliment for us, is a compliment for you!
Something Special: No man, this negative energy just makes me stronger.
