    That's a pretty damn good price. I think about 50% of them have that tear at the top as only one place sold them other than 10c, and that place didn't ship them well :(

    That is a good price. I got mine for $200 a few years ago but would say my vinyl is maybe VG+ not mint. Mine just has a slight tear on the top corner - but not at all noticeable.
