    I would email them. If they don't reply email them again & their social media pages. Sucks many still haven't received the copy in the mail from them.

    Still nothing here and they supposedly sent a second one after I did an online chat on the website.

    Received today. Looks like the shipped it on 5/30. They didn't have the state listed and left off the leading 0 in the zip code. That could account for the first one being lost completely.
