ADA seating Dublin

I am hoping someone with more knowledge of Ireland could help. My wife has multiple sclerosis and gets disability seating in the US as she can not walk far or stand for extended periods. I put in for disability seating for the Dublin show and only could select 1 ticket. There was comments on the ticketing site about me being contacted within 3 weeks for a companion ticket, which would be me. No one has reached out, but I am aware tickets are not assigned for others for this show.

Before I purchase our air travel, I was hoping someone form the area has understanding of how the disability seating process works to confirm I can still purchase my ticket. 

The seat was provided by the ten club, not general onsale.

    I would make contact with Ticketmaster Ireland directly, they should be able to assist. If you meet the criteria for a companion ticket this would usually be issued free of charge.
