Anyone else still waiting for 10C lottery seat locations?

Just wondering if anyone else is still waiting to find out their seat locations for P1 tickets that were won in the lottery? I won seats for both nights at wrigley and got the email with seat location and they showed up in my TM account on the 22nd like most people but a friend of mine who also won P1 both nights hasn't heard anything. They got the email confirming they won P1 tickets both nights at Wrigley and their card was charged but no e-mail with seats and nothing is showing up in their ticketmaster account.

they emailed tenclubsupport@ticketmaster.com a few days after the 22nd and got a response saying something like the show isn't til august and tickets would be delivered at a later date and didn't seem to know what they were talking about in follow up messages. They also tried emailing tickets@tenclub.net after someone on here suggested it but no response there. They sent a second email to tenclubsupport@ticketmaster.com on monday with their receipt number explaining that they were charged and are looking for their tickets/seat locations that (virtually) everyone else got on the 22nd but don't think they got any response yet. I've seen a few comments from others in the same position and am curious if anyone got their seats or are also still waiting.

    Spoke to my buddy who is missing his wrigley tickets today and he still hasn't gotten a response from the second e-mail they sent to tenclubsupport@ticketmaster.com last monday or any tickets in their TM account. Anyone else still waiting?

    Someone I know supposedly won Baltimore tickets, but has not gotten them yet. Not sure how far he's gone on finding out.  :o
