Just got my 45 today and waited till I was done with work to throw the headphones and give the instrumental a whirl. 

Holy shit! I liked the song before but listening to the instrumental you really hear the craft put into it. Mike tearing it up and Matt’s groove during the bridge are two highlights so far. Time for another spin.

    Also the little vocal tag at the beginning of the instrumental is icool. Hope it is on album like that.

    I love the instrumental version! A great way to hear the music without focusing on (or getting distracted by) the vocals. I would love it if we could listen to every song on the album this way.

    Same. I hope they release the other 10 tracks via instrumental too.

    For some reason I keep feeling like this would make a good end credits song for a sci fi movie.  Like if they ever made an Edge of Tomorrow 2 or something.

    And it is nice to finally get a non-album B-side to a single.  It isn't a completely different song but I still enjoy this instrumental.
