Melbourne 2024 Confirmation Presale Emails

So (YAY) apparently I managed to get two tickets to the Melbourne show as my credit card got charged and I got a 'confirmed' email on the 18th of feb Yet no idea of seat allocation. Confirm email said check for separate email about seat and access to tickets which was to come by the 23rd Feb. It hasn't arrived (yep checked junk spam etc). Emailed ticketmaster and they have said I'll get access 2 weeks before the show??? yet on their website it says should know in March? 
Has this happened to anyone else? Any ideas?
