Are your tickets available in your ticketmaster account?

I won 10c tix to Barcelona 1&2. GA both nights, I know some people have their tickets appearing in their ticketmaster account, but mine are still not there. Am I alone in this, or are there others that do not have your tickets showing I. Your "upcoming shows" section in you account.

    I have my US tickets but not europe. I believe they said by April 1
