I have a spare pair of tickets for Bottlerock available. Saturday 25th the day Pearl Jam are headlining which I bought in the 10c presale.
The festival ticket exchange is taking forever to become active because the other days are yet to sell out, but even when it does it seems that they add fees and use dynamic pricing forcing buyers to overpay.
Face value: $233 per ticket.
